उच्च न्यायालयों तथा सर्वोच्च न्यायालयों द्वारा "जनहित याचिकाओं" का भी प्रभावी उपयोग करते हुए सामाजिक, आर्थिक एवं राजनैतिक अधिकारों को प्राप्त किया गया है।

3. Any litigation is a costly affair : court fees , expenses for preparing a case , expenses in the courts , additional miscellaneous expenses , lawyers ' fees all these have to be incurred by the litigants .
